• The use of Tretinoin for best results, are very specific. If you have not used it before note the following:
• Start with the lowest percentage, recommend 0.025%;
• Only use it at night; 2 times a week then increase as skin to 4 then to 7 nights a week;
• After cleaning skin, pat dry before applying a thin layer, then your usual moisturiser on top;
• Once skin is comfortable with the lower percentage option, you proceed to 0.05% and 01%. Again, start with 2-3 times per week before using it more regularly;
• Use the "sandwich method" - layer of moisturiser, tretinoin, moisturiser for those with more sensitive skin.
